Pokemon from the Mt. Arcadia Entrance and the Mt. Arcadia Summit
The Mt. Arcadia Summit features a large cave that has temperatures below freezing. Because of this, there are no human settlements in this area besides the gym. This area is plentiful with Ice type pokemon, for they enjoy the freezing temperatures and have no problem surviving in the cave. The Frost Cave also features a small pond that manages to retain its liquid form.

The Mt. Arcadia Entrance and Skyloft Town both lead lead to the Mt. Arcadia Summit. The Mt. Arcadia Summit also leads to Waterfall Pond.
